We recently had our floors redone at the cottage in Buck Hill. They had not been done since the house was built in 1905. The kicthen had two layers of linoleum covering the same wood floors that run through the house. we ripped that up and refinished the wood. The bathroom was missing some wood so we ordered reclaimed old growth pine to match the original flloors. We are very happy with the results. The stain color used was Zar Dark Mohogany.
